Looking for a home in a country setting
We are looking for a 3 bedroom 2 bath home on 1/2 or more acres of ground in a country setting. A home that is very reasonably priced as we are older and on a fixed income.
We have a double wide mobile home in a 5 star park in Ellenton florida that we would be willing to trade. The park has 5 pools 4 recreatiion buildings there own busses that take you to grocery stores, malls, the beach and etc. They have many planned activities year around.
It is a lovely park for 55 and up residents. There are grocery stores , hardware stores, beauty shops and resturants in walking distance from the park. We are about 15 miles from the Gulf of Mexico.
Our mobile home has 2 bedrooms , 1 bath ,large eat in kitchen and a very large living room , a front screened in porch , a large storage shed and carport.
We would like to move up north around Brooksville ,Ocala , east Tallahasse or southern Georgia, as we want to get into a area that is not so congestive.
